- - Shoes disappeared after sending to Alias for pending GOAT authentication; two canceled orders vanished; email sent seeking affiliation with GOAT.
I have several shoes that are missing. The company is Alias, which is the authentication department for GOAT online shoe company.
They said that they were pending. I sent an email to Alias. Then my shoes disappeared, meaning they were not put back in my inventory or co-signed or cashed. Then there are 2 canceled orders by the customer after I dropped them off at the Atlanta location.
They also disappeared. Are you guys affiliated with them?

Verified ReviewerNo rate , because I have not received the package, the delivery company person only took the picture of the package sitting in an unauthorized delivery box . The post office does not have the package.

My package was supposedly delivered to my post office unauthorized delivery box by the delivery company that Goal used. But after the search of the post office staff, the post office staff informed me that the package was not delivered.
The delivery driver needs to be honest and tell where they delivered my package, because it's nowhere to be found at all. I've made 2 trips to the post office. But I was informed that the package that the delivery driver had was the undeliverable package, and the post office does not do third-party delivery. Please help me retrieve or get reimbursed to my grandson's dad, who bought and sent the package that has not been delivered.
It was for my grandson's school year.

After submitting the order, I realized there was no option to select her shoe size.
I would like to cancel the order so I can place it again and select the correct size, or if possible, update the order instead. She needs a girls size 7.

I ordered shoes when the shoes got delivered they where dirty so I returned them. I emailed goat the tracking information and receipt goat confirmed they receive the shoes back also through email.
